The distinctive features of Alutech door - high quality materials, easy assembly and easy maintenance. Production of doors executed by the latest technological developments contributed to high reliability designs and ensured long life endurance.
Alutech garage doors have the following advantages:
High insulating properties
High insulating properties of Alutech doors attributed to their structure:
Sandwich panel
- Sandwich panel filled with polyurethane foam which has high thermal insulation properties
- Panel thickness has a great influence upon reduction of a heat transfer resistance. Alutech panel thickness is 45 mm, which is by 12, 5% thicker than the majority of panels on the market. The above heat transfer resistance of Alutech panel is 1, 65 m 2 ° C / Wt.
- Panels are equipped with EPDM seal that preserves a high mechanical strength and elasticity at low temperatures. The seal eliminates an appearance of gaps between the panels, providing a high heat and sound insulation.
- Seal around door contour
Garage door is fitted around with a rubber sealing of a polymer rubber, which cover a gap between door and doorway and in combination with tracks provide a reliable seal of opening.
The coefficient of heat transfer resistance garage of Alutech door (Standard series) is 1m2 ° C / W, which exceeds the requirements of SNIP, GOST 31174-2003, TAP 45-2.04-43-2006 and allows using a door in any region of Belarus, Ukraine and Russia ( even in the extreme north).
High strength characteristics
Alutech 45 mm thick sandwich panel design provides a high resistance to wind and impact loads. A special form of upper and lower tip enables to interconnect outer and inner steel sheets of panel forming a closed loop. The screws connect four layers of metal when joining two panels with hinges at fixing points. This eliminates the possibility of panel breaking-up during operation and under influence of solar radiation on the dark colored panel.
Reliability and durability
Alutech garage door exhibits high anticorrosive properties:
- To improve the anticorrosion properties of Alutech panels the steel sheet is coated with zinc - 225 g / m ², and the outer side of panel is overlaid with a two-layer polymer coating thickness of 30-40 microns (primer and enamel). The outer side of panel is finished with a polyurethane coating, the modified particles of polyamide (PUR-PA) as enamel. This coating has the excellent anticorrosion properties, protects the surface of the door from mechanical damage, resists to detergents and chemicals.
- The components made of corrosion-resistant materials are used to produce Alutech garage door.
Safety
Alutech garage door comply with European safety standards EN12604 and EN 12453:
- Sandwich panels have a special form, which secures an anti-finger-trap protection. It is particularly important for automated door with a high expectancy finger trapping to prevent for a finger jam.
- No sharp edges of the structural elements and placement of the traction cable between the vertical angle profile and the doors leaf provides reliable protection against hooking and cuts.
- The weight compensation system balances the weight of the garage door via the spring mechanism with mandatory protection against spring breakage.
- A special system of effort limitation stops the automated door when detecting the slightest obstacle and immediately implements reverse.E-force limit prevents lifting of a human when opening the door.
- In the case of power loss there is a manual switching mode for automated door.
In addition, Alutech garage doors comply with the EU's Construction Products Directive safety standards, as confirmed by test report issued by the European accredited laboratory. The declarations of conformity, based on issued protocols allow affixing the CE marking to Alutech garage doors.
Flexible mounting
Alutech sectional garage doors can be mounted to almost any shape of garage opening. The minimum headroom required for the garage door installation is only 100 mm with manual control and 125 mm when using the electric motor drive.
